Dedicated Internet · 02

Bandwidth that's yours alone.

Symmetric leased lines, 99.9% SLA, low latency and dual-path failover — for multi-site, cloud and mission-critical operations.

Overview

Why dedicated

Shared broadband slows at peak times. A dedicated leased line guarantees bandwidth that is yours alone, backed by an SLA and a target repair time. Add SD-WAN to connect and centrally manage every branch.

/01

Committed bandwidth

Symmetric, uncontended bandwidth written into the contract.

/02

SLA-backed

99.9%+ availability, target repair times and service-credit remedies.

/03

Failover

A second line or 5G takes over automatically so an outage doesn’t stop work.

/04

Low latency

Right for VoIP, video, trading systems and cloud ERP.

/05

SD-WAN multi-site

Centrally manage multi-site traffic and prioritise critical apps.

/06

IP blocks

Static IP blocks (e.g. /29) for self-hosting and VPN.

/07

MPLS vs point-to-point

Full-mesh point-to-point needs N(N-1)/2 circuits — 5 sites means 10 links. MPLS IP-VPN needs just one access link per site for any-to-any reach, far easier to add sites, scale or re-route.

/08

Low-latency HK-China

Cross-border lines run a private Guangdong-HK route with FEC and dual-link backup, avoiding peak-hour packet loss and jitter on the public internet — ideal for cross-border ERP, video and real-time data sync.

/09

Cloud direct-connect

Connect straight into AWS / Azure / Alibaba CEN with private bandwidth, bypassing public-internet routing for steadier latency and safer transit — built for cloud-hosted core systems and hybrid-cloud setups.

FAQ

Good questions.

Q01Leased line vs business broadband?
A leased line gives committed, uncontended symmetric bandwidth with an SLA; business broadband is best-effort and great value. Use a leased line for mission-critical work; for most offices, broadband plus failover is enough.
Q02What does an SLA cover?
An SLA typically states availability (e.g. 99.9%), a target repair time and service-credit remedies if targets are missed. We walk you through each term.
Q03How long to install a leased line?
Usually 4–8 weeks, as the carrier provisions a dedicated circuit. If you need connectivity sooner, we can bridge with broadband plus 5G failover.
Q04Does a small business need a leased line?
Not always. If you mainly browse, use cloud apps and take payments, broadband with automatic failover is usually better value. We advise based on your usage and risk.
Q05MPLS vs point-to-point circuit?
A point-to-point circuit is a single private link between two sites — it only connects those two. To fully connect many branches you must lay a circuit per pair. MPLS IP-VPN is a shared carrier backbone: each site needs just one access link to reach every other site (any-to-any), with CoS / QoS prioritisation. Use point-to-point for a couple of sites or extreme latency; use MPLS for many branches and easy scaling.
Q06How many links for N branches?
With full-mesh point-to-point you need N(N-1)/2 circuits — 3 sites = 3, 5 sites = 10, 10 sites = 45 — and cost / management scale badly. With MPLS IP-VPN it is one access link per branch (N links total) and every site interconnects automatically; adding a site just means one more link. That is why multi-branch networks use MPLS.
Q07Most reliable HK-China link?
The most stable option is a dedicated cross-border line: a private point-to-point or MPLS route between Guangdong and Hong Kong, with FEC and dual-link backup to avoid peak-hour packet loss and jitter and bypass cross-border bottlenecks. If your core systems are in the cloud, pair it with a cloud on-ramp into Alibaba Cloud / Azure. We quote the exact route, bandwidth and end sites to your needs.
